Gather with friends and family for just plain good ol` times. Thanks Camp is all about sharing. Bring your favorite games, crafts, and stories to the communal table. Thanks Camp is 100% volunteer ran with no formal volunteer staff positions other than our primary three leaders, Dean, Chef, and Registrar. Thanks Camp begins with Thursday arrival followed by our big feast day on Friday evening. Enjoy singalongs, apron making, and more at this charming camp. Bring your snow gear as some years offer the best of the Sierra Nevada`s winter fun.

Camp Sylvester

Nestled between Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge ski resort, Camp Sylvester is an ideal setting for our Thanks Camp. The historic camp owned by the Stanislaus County Farm Bureau was built in 1927 but has updated cabins with heat and electricity. Each cabin sleeps between 8 and 13 people. The recreation halls sprawl over nearly ten acres of the Stanislaus National Forest. It also has an excellent kitchen to create our exquisite meals and and seating for 200 in a new dining hall. Camp Sylvester provides the fresh air, green pines and excitement of an outdoor adventure with all of the comforts of a rustic resort.
