Spring Thing at Asilomar

Friday, April 23 – Sunday, April 25, 2010

Come to our 3-day/2-night spring weekend gathering of UUs and friends at the outstanding seaside setting of the Asilomar Conference Grounds on the tip of the Monterey Peninsula.  It is a gathering of UUs and friends, for about 40 people.

Enjoy the spectacular location, the deer and other wildlife roaming the grounds and the wonderful sunsets.  Our accommodations will be in historic Scripps, a Julia Morgan building. 6 delicious full-course meals (with wine available at reasonable cost) and maid service are included. There will be a ranger walk, games, fireside conversations and discussions in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The Asilomar facilities will be available to you, including the lounge with ping-pong and billiards, a heated swimming pool, and the beaches, boardwalks and trails.

There is time to explore the Monterey area – such as Carmel, Point Lobos, the Aquarium.

Jitney service is available upon request.

For more information, please visit the Stebbins at Asilomar website.
