2011-2012 Calendar

Following are the NCUUCC sponsored events scheduled for 2011. Click the event title for details on each event.

Spring Stewardship Weekend for the Woodlands

What: Have fun and help to open the Woodlands for the season.
When: April 20 – 22, 2012
Where: Camp Two, Mendocino Woodlands

WUUKY (Western Unitarian Universalist Karmic Youth)

What: A week-long summer youth conference for UU youth, ages 12-22
When: July 3-9, 2011
Where: Camp Two, Mendocino Woodlands

Family Camp

What: Explore nature, spirituality, crafts and relaxation in a beautiful Redwood forest setting. Programs for children, adults and families. Great food, workshops, singing, hiking, swimming, canoeing and community.
When: July 8-14, 2012, July 15-21, 2012
Where: Camp Two, Mendocino Woodlands

District Lay Leadership Training

What: A week-long residential learning experience for UU Lay leaders, ministers, ministerial interns & professionals.
When: No dates yet for 2011
Where: Camp Tuolumne Trails, Groveland (accessible to the physically challenged)

Labor Day Camp

What: A 3-4 day getaway for adults only. Music, workshops, community, hiking, singing. Go back to camp!
When: September 1-5, 2011
Where: Camp Two, Mendocino Woodlands

Bass Lake UUCPA Mini-Vacation

What: Four day mini vacation in the Sierra foothills. Many activities to enjoy — horseback riding, hiking, boating, games & more!
When: September 15-18, 2011; Registration opens May 15, 2011
Where: Skylake Yosemite Camp on Bass Lake

Mendocino Fall Volunteer Weekend

What: Hosted by MWCA. Have fun and help with special fall projects.
When: Dates not set for 2010
Where: Camp One, Mendocino Woodland

Many events offer scholarships, staff discounts, and early bird specials. Contact the individual event contact person for details.
